With the continuous progress of market economy,the competition in social industries is becoming more and more fierce,and the development environment faced by enterprises is more severe.In order to realize the rapid development of enterprises,it is necessary to constantly strengthen the talent team and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the self-development of employees,it is of great significance to make a scientific and rational career planning,which can guide employees to move forward and strive for their goals.Career planning can make employees more aware of their own career development status and development goals.Enterprises can rationally arrange and optimize human resources according to the actual situation,which can guarantee the construction of follow-up talent team.Secondly,career planning can enable employees to have a more objective understanding of their own basic situation,and give full play to their subjective function and initiative,and bring their own advantages into play.Enterprises need to actively carry out staff training,effectively enhance the ability of employees to work,and ultimately help employees realize their own value in life.Combining with the above analysis,this paper uses C company as an example to further explore the current situation of employee career planning and the important management issues synthesized based on key influencing factors,so as to provide guidance for development,laying a solid foundation for employee career planning.In order to improve the authenticity and validity of the results discussed in this paper,a series of scientific and reasonable methods are used in the process of analysis and research,including literature and statistical analysis.In order to effectively understand the basic actual situation,the relevant questionnaires were formulated.It mainly makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and key influencing factors of career planning,and then finds out the main management problems in employee career planning of C company and explores the reasons.Then it summarizes the analysis results and draws corresponding conclusions,pointing out that C company has not played a strong executive force in the work of employee career planning,and needs continuous improvement and improvement.Starting from the concrete situation of C company and based on the key factors of four periods:organization,communication,training and management problems corresponding to career development,this paper puts forward scientific and reasonable improvement countermeasures.The main contents include:strengthening staff modern training;employee horizontal and vertical career development;employee career evaluation platform"new model";optimizing the operation of internal employee career planning management to promote the economic development of the company,so as to achieve the dual track of employee career planning and enterprise development.Finally,this study provides a reference for C company's employee career development planning and the improvement of the same type of enterprise employee career planning.
