The era of knowledge economy is arriving.lt has become inevitable that organizations need to continuously strengthen internal work to cope with the uncertainty and unpredictability of external environment.In all the resources of the enterprise,the management theory and practice of human core resource management theory and practice have become the important development trend of modern enterprise management exploration,therefore,The training and development module of enterprises' human resource management has received unprecedented attention.Of course,it includes the employee career planning in this module.In the social economic environment and the internal requirement of enterprise development background,this article adopt the people job matching and tissue matching career theory perspective,using the data to reveal staff career planning and employee career growth,the relationship between the expectation in the small enterprises to optimize the existing staff career planning,in order to better promote employees' professional growth.The article studies the samples of Employees of small enterprises and institutions in Dalian,and illustrates the background and meaning of this research.Through the browsing,screening and sorting of related literatures,In combination with previous research results,I put forward the research framework of this paper on the basis of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis method as well as SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical technique of analysis.I conducted a scanning statistical analysis of the results,which matched the person's job matching and human organization.By using qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the employees' career planning and employee career growth and the correlation degree between internal mechanism,I aim to show that staff and enterprise can essentially realize the importance of staff career planning to provide theoretical and data support.Through career planning,the employees and employers can achieve a win-win goal.The results indicate as follows,(1)The staff career planning dimensions are positively correlated with employee career growth;(2)Personal matching is positively correlated with employee career growth;(3)Organization matching is positively correlated with employee career growth;(4)The job matching between employee career planning and employee career growth plays an intermediary role;(5)The organization of human organization plays a mediating role between employee career planning and employee career growth.Finally,the article summarizes,analyzes and discusses the research results,and outlooks the career planning and employee career growth for small enterprises and employees.
