Carrefour as the global retail industry leader,has more than 15000 stores in world and more than 200 stores in China,both the company's performance and management in the industry are in a leading position,be regarded as Chinese retail template.However,due to the rise of Internet consumption,malicious competition and other external factors,Carrefour's sales performance in China has declined significantly.In the case of changing the external environment hardly,the only way to solve the problem is to find out the solution from inside.This article from the perspective of human resources,choose Carrefour W hypermarket as the research object,in-depth study of its career management,and put forward suggestions to optimize career management.I hope this study can help Carrefour W hypermarket managers to enhance the effectiveness of human resource management,stimulate employee work enthusiasm and improve job satisfaction.This paper is divided into three parts:the first part is the introduction and related concepts and theories.In the introduction,this paper describes the background and significance of this study through the analysis of the plight of the domestic retail industry and the importance of career management.At the same time,it introduces the research methods and technical route adopted in this paper.Before the study,the theory and literature about career management at home and abroad were studied and summarized,which provided a theoretical framework for the research.The second part is about Carrefour W hypermarket employee career management status and problems analysis.This part introduces the development,organizational structure and human resource status of Carrefour Group and W hypermarket,and focuses on the current career management system of Carrefour W hypermarket.Through the investigation of the career questionnaire,found that there are significant differences among different demographic variables,and combined with staff interviews,to find the problems existing in the hypermarket to attract talent,develop talent and retain talent.After analysis,the cause of the problems can be summed up as three points:one,the employee career development is hindered by the narrow promotion channel;two,the mall is not doing well in guide the employee career planning,causing employee dissatisfaction with the career development;three,salary structure can't provide better support for career management.The third part is to offer a proposal for Carrefour W hypermarket career management problems put.First of all,in order to let employees have more choice opportunities,establish three promotion channels which include management,technology and labor.Secondly,for enhance the effect of employee career management,implement career planning guidance for the different stages of the development of employees that include career diagnosis,dynamic adjustment of career positioning and career goal making combined with the new channel.Finally,according to the new channel,set up position value and pay grade salary,improve performance appraisal and performance salary calculation,put tup individual and project awards,which optimize the salary structure and provided better support for the career management in the W Carrefour hypermarket.In view of Carrefour unified management mode,hope this research not only on the W store also useful to provide some references for the whole group.
