Into the21st century, with further promote the reform and opening up policy and"going out" strategy, China’s economy has been the second largest in the world.Following the accelerating pace of economic development, there arephenomenonswhich are inevitably uneven economic development and socialdevelopment. Between the corporate interests and the interests of society, it have alarge gap. Corporate social responsibility become more and more important. Everystakeholder concern the CSR. When china "bringing in", we must ensurethe enterpriseof good quality, in line with the laws of China, and to fulfill its social responsibility ofenterprises. While corporate social responsibility in many Western countries toenterprises already risen to the strategic level, the government and somenon-governmental organizations also carry out corporate social responsibility by thenorms and regulations. However, the "sweatshop",Haagen-Dazs "dirty kitchen", RioTinto "spy gate" and so on.These events makes the social responsibility ofmultinational corporations in China pushed into the cusp. First, the study of the socialresponsibility of multinational corporations in China was just confined to the stagedescription of the phenomenon, lacking of a systematic, comprehensive, empiricaltheory;Second, the "double standards" of the social responsibility of multinationalcorporations in China lack of a theoretical basis.Employees are an important part of the enterprise, and they should not become avictim of "double standards". There are a lot of international certification system forthe protection of labor rights, including the "Global Compact","Multinationalcompanies codes of conduct","SA8000". Employee Relations will be directly relatedto the ability of the business operation and production efficiency. The existingliterature study mainly focused on multinational companies, lacking of empiricalresearch for the social responsibility of multinational corporations in China, and theimplementation of corporate social responsibility to consider from the perspective ofemployee relations is extremely rare.Following the above background, my paper firstly review the literature ofcorporate social responsibility, the multinational social responsibility and employeerelations, then through the questionnaire and interviewing method, I make the socialresponsibility of multinational corporations in China situation survey. I get224 questionnaires which were utilized to analyze relation between employee relationsand the economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility anddiscretionary responsibility. In data processing, mypaper uses descriptive statisticalanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. I want to make an exploratoryanalysis about the relationship between employee relations and multinationals socialresponsibility. Finally, I summarized the topic and depict the limitations of this study, I hope tomake in-depth study in the future. I want toprovide a reference when Chineseenterprises "going out".
