Since the 21st century, our expectation to corporations has not been simply restrained in the field of economy and law. We also hope that corporations can undertake a series of social responsibilities. In many western countries, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) management has been raised to the strategic level. Both Governments and non-governmental organizations are providing corresponding policies to support the CSR. In China, with release of the standard SA8000, more practical requirements are proposed to economic development and meanwhile the importance of employees towards the corporate developments is also greatly stressed. That is, the behavior of employees will be directly related to the rise and fall of the corporation. Recent researches mostly focus on enterprises in western countries. But, there are few practical researches on the effect of CSR to the behavior of employees from different dimensions, especially in the surroundings of China. Thus, after systematically reviewing literatures about CSR and employee's behavior, this paper surveys the status of CSR in the Chinese corporations by questionnaires and interviews. Then, the degree of CSR in the firms of China, as well as its relationship with the behavioral of employees is investigated based on the 115 questionnaires collected. In process of data dealing, the methods of the descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to examine the relationship between the degree of CSR and employee's behaviors, which including organizational attractiveness, organizational commitment and organizational satisfaction. The empirical results find that moral dimensions of CSR have a positive effect on organizational attractiveness, organizational commitment and organizational satisfaction in today's China respectively. But the benevolent dimension of CSR only has a significant effect on organizational attractiveness, while its effect on organizational commitment and organizational satisfaction is not obviously observed. At last, this paper summarizes the findings of this research. Meanwhile, the limitations of this study as well as some problems requiring further research are put forward. Therefore, it's clearthat this research is of great value to related policies of Chinese government.
