| With the economic development and social progress, social requires enterprises not only providing products and services, but also hope them fulfilling the corporate social responsibility and promoting the development of economy and the whole society. But in our country, it is not a good situation of the corporate social responsibility implemented, because operators of the enterprises think that corporate social responsibility will increase their costs and not revenue. Some scholars have proved that corporate social responsibility can provide a return, but most of the current researches are from the perspective of financial performance,this thesis explores if corporate social responsibility has impact on organizational commitment from the perspective of staff perception, to prove that corporate social responsibility perceptions of staff has a positive impact on organizational commitment.First, based on reading extensive literature, the author four dimensions of corporate social responsibility, and constructed the theoretical model and put forwarded the hypothesis on the basis of the related theories and literature. Then in order to test the model and hypothesis, the author conducted a survey targeted to employees and analyzed the results of the questionnaire with the help of SPSS17.0statistical software, conclusions are as follows:Staff perception of corporate social responsibility has positive effects on organizational commitment; Dimensions of staff’s corporate social responsibility perception has different positive effect on organizational commitment, the responsibility to employees has the greatest impact on organizational commitment, followed by the responsibility to customers, but the responsibility to environment and community have no significant impact on organizational commitment; Staff perception of corporate social responsibility has different positive effects on dimensions of organizational commitment, it has greatest impact on affective commitment, normative commitment followed by, and has least impact on the continued commitmentIn this paper, the conclusions of the empirical research validated majority of the assumptions, proved that fulfilling social responsibility is beneficial to enterprises themselves, at the same time, through the conclusion we obtained inspiration for business and government. |
