| Corporate social responsibility(CSR) campaign was first originated in the Western developed countries, then developed rapidly with the Government to promote, awareness of consumer and social responsibility investors and the rise of NGO activists. Corporate social responsibility campaign has begun to affect China early in the mid-90's of the 20th century, China's corporate also respond positively to this questions. More and more enterprises recognize that corporate is not only the basic structure of the regional economy, but also the basic organization of regional society, corporate play an important role to contribute to or destruction of their environment and ecology.Of course, China's corporate rise standards of the level of corporate social responsibility practice, but we must also see that there exist some enterprises a more serious problem of product quality, environmental pollution problem, as well as consumer fraud, exploitation and production safety accidents and so on. China's corporate social responsibility management is still in its initial stage. A lot of corporate have no perfect system of management system, presented at random and messy characteristics.According to the study of corporate social responsibility literature review and corporate research, we found that there are several urgent questions.1. Why faced the same society pressure and expectations, some companies make a good while and others businesses to do the very poor? Is there one of an inherent corporate social responsibility quality (the characteristics of corporate social responsibility, CCSR) things at work? If so, then how to solve the problems of the definition, structure, measurement of CCSR? 2. From the enterprise point of view, there is very little study that how corporate social responsibility influence staff psychological perception, attitude and behavior. The research that proposed operational CSR management system and evaluation system was put forward even more rarely. 3. Are CSR costs, burden or a cost-effective investment? This problem is still plaguing many scholars. Whether through new perspectives, such as corporate soft power perspective, to revisit this issue to gain new inspiration?With these questions, this article explores the content, structure, measurement of CCSR, and lay a solid foundation to in-depth study. From staffs psychological perception, this study took organizational identification(OI) and organization-based self-esteem(OBSE) as the mediator to explore the intrinsic mechanism of CCSR on organizational commitment (OC), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Following the way of "CCSR→OI/OBSE→OC/OCB, this study explore the mechanism of the CCSR on OC,OCB. The research included four parts as follows:Study 1 is to explore the CCSR' definition, structure, measurement. Based on the study of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad, as well as relevant literature, bring forward the CCSR' concept and its three dimensions constitute: corporate social responsibility culture(CSRC), the atmosphere of corporate social responsibility(CSRA) and behavior of corporate social responsibility(CSRB), and develop the corresponding measurement scales. Empirical study showed that these measure scales had good reliability and validity.Study 2 is to test the mechanism of CCSR on OC,OCB. The results show that the three dimensions of CCSR have a significant impact on OI. CSRB has a significant impact on OBSE.CSRC and CSRA have no impact on OBSE.OI and OBSE have a significant impact on OC and OCB.CSRC has a significant impact on OCB directly. CSRB has a significant impact on OC directly. CSRA has no impact on OC/OCB directly. The results also show that OI is the full mediators between CSRC and OC. OI partially mediate the relation between CSRC and OCB. OI is the full mediators between CSRC and OC/OCB.OI and OBSE partially mediate the relation between CSRB and OC. OI and OBSE fully mediate the relation between CSRB and OCB.Study 3 is to test the influential effect of OI on OBSE, of OC on OCB. Based on Literature, OI is the antecedent variables of OBSE, OC is the antecedent variables of OCB. The results also show that OI has a significant impact on OBSE, OC has a significant impact on OCB.Study 4 is to explore other factors influence OI, OBSE,OC,OCB. This research took organizational variables such as the corporate size, nature, industry, and individual variables such as age, sex, post, educational background, income, working time, as control variables, and analyze their influence on the mediator variables and the dependent variables. The results show that staff's age has an impact on OBSE, staff's income has an impact on OI/OCB.Finally, on the basis of the conclusion that summarize research findings, point out the management inspiration, as well as limitations and future research directions. |
