With the strengthening of competition in the market,more and more companiesrecognize the importance of corporate culture,and they will build excellent corporate cultureas an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. However,it is thecurrent status of corporate culture that the majority of enterprises is less desirable corporateculture and corporate development leading role into full play. The reason,mainly becausecorporate culture is no fundamental needs with employees combined,there will be employees’personal development and their overall development and integration of leading corporateculture flashy,difficult to resonate in the enterprise employees to make culture a mereformality and not be sustained.Happiness is the ultimate goal of all human activities. The pursuit of happiness is notonly the fundamental rights of individuals,but also the value goal of enterprise and socialdevelopment. Existence of the enterprise not only to create profits,more importantly, meetthe staff and the community to pursue happiness. This article is the pursuit of happiness in aprofound grasp of the fundamental purpose on the basis of employee happiness from a newperslective,to look at the building of enterprise culture,in order to break through thebottleneck of enterprise culture construction.In this thesis,YS company’s corporate culture is the research object,the concept ofcorporate clture at home and abroad and happiness management concept based on acomprehensive study. In previous theoretical research and empirical research,based on thepaper,based on company employees happiness YS corporate culture-building programs.First, according to employees of subjective well-being, psychological well-being,socialwell-being and emotional self-worth,rational self-worth,the link between social self-worth,to extract the employee happiness core idea,and as a guide to clarify the corporate mission,vision,core values and the spirit of enterprise and other core cultural ideas,the formation ofwell-being and cultural mindset,both together for YS corporate culture provides the philosophy lead. To ensure the well-being of employees based on effective landing corporateculture,this thesis presents Staff subjective well-being,psychological well-being and socialwell-being of the specific enhancements to enable the full integration of corporate culturecorporate development activities with staff working life,promote Staff development goals andbusiness development goals of unity. Meanwhile, the proposed steps to promote theconstruction of enterprise culture and security mechanisms to enhance the process of buildingenterprise culture orderliness and effectiveness, and to promote employee well-beingsustained,effective upgrade.Through this research,YS company’s corporate culture construction provides systemsolutions to effectively enhance the effect of corporate culture,but also for the well-beingmanagement philosophy and corporate culture combines theory made a useful exploration ofthe concept of relevant research and practical application of certain reference significance.
