For a long time, Mainland employees in taiwan-funded companies is evident in the work and life there is work pressure,Strong Desire,Not high organizational commitment and other issues。How to achieve decent work for employees,Improve job satisfaction。This is all business managers and researchers need to study the problem to be solved urgently。This study was investigated based on corporate culture and employee satisfaction theory,For a period of intense competition in the consumer electronics industry, Taiwan-funded enterprises typically-Suzhou B Company,investigated type of corporate culture survey on the impact of employee satisfaction by research conducted sample survey。Study the ideological trend and psychological needs of employees dissatisfied with the intention and the reasons,Provide enterprises with quantitative data from public opinion,help the managers of Taiwan-funded more in-depth, objective understanding of corporate culture and employee job satisfaction。So that they can pay more attention to corporate culture on employee incentives,As soon as possible to establish or improve good corporate culture,Improve employee job satisfaction。In this study,look for 135 valid samples from B Company's employees in Suzhou China,and select OCAI and MSQ as a research tools。An analysis of all data collected is made by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,correlation Analysis,stepwise multiple linear regression etc. The research results are as follows:the corporate culture of Suzhou B company is clearly trend in bureaucratic culture and effective culture;The overall staff satisfaction rating Medium;the employees evaluated lower on the promotion & training and pay & benefits in seven dimensions;the employees evaluated lowest on overtime system in all items;creating innovative and bureaucratic culture play a positive role in improving employee satisfaction。...
