Nowadays politics, economy and culture are merging among countries, and the competition of these parts have been strengthened. Among these three aspects, culture as the soft power is becoming more and more important, and its importance has become increasingly prominent. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for talent becomes increasingly urgent. How to serve employees better and how to motivate the employees become the direction that companies are trying to explore. Because of this background, corporate culture and employee job satisfaction has been the focus of academic and business. The impact corporate culture has on the employee satisfaction is due to the nature of the enterprise as well as the different industries, so the research has a certain practical significance to explore how a company’s corporate culture influences the employee satisfaction.This paper takes Aerospace Science and Industry Hospitals for example, through questionnaires, exploring the perceived corporate culture and the extent of the employee satisfaction. And then it makes a detailed analysis of the different effects of various dimensions of corporate culture on employee satisfaction. The first chapter introduces the related theory, the second chapter establishes the index systems and relationship model, the third chapter makes a reliability and validity analysis to the data and uses AMOS for structural equation fitting, leading an empirical research.Results of this study indicate that employees’ perceived spiritual culture has a significant positive impact on job challenges satisfaction, perceived institutional culture has a significant positive impact on job challenges satisfaction and job remuneration satisfaction. Besides the perceived behavioral culture has a significant positive impact on job remuneration satisfaction and personal relationships satisfaction. Perceived material culture has same effect too. Theoretically, the results of this study provide some theoretical basis and methodological point for future research of corporate culture of employee satisfaction. In practice, this paper make an analysis of real data, it can then make recommendations to improve the employee satisfaction.
