In this paper, we take the various stakeholders’ behavior in the development andutilization of rural biogas energy as the research object. Through theoretical analysiswhich combined the static game analysis with dynamic game analysis, we cananalyze the behavior of stakeholders in development and utilization of biogas in ruralareas and draw the behavior of the scale of aquaculture enterprises, household biogasfarmers and the local government. Then according to the characteristics of variousstakeholders, we use the minimum archetypes feedback analysis method tounderstand "enterprise+farmer+government" cooperation system. Finally we usegame theory to analyze the enterprise and the peasant household, enterprise andgovernment, meanwhile we put forward policy recommendations during the variousstakeholders in the development and utilization of biogas energy process. This studyis divided into three parts:First, through the questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis, we reach thebasic behavior of various stakeholders’ in the development and utilization of biomassenergy in rural areas.Second, according to the behavior of each stakeholder, we use minimumarchetypes feedback analysis method to analyze the "enterprise+farmer+government" cooperation system and generate three typical archetypes. By analyzingthe models, we put forward some policy suggestions.Third, we give game analyses of the enterprises and farmers, enterprises andgovernment separately. From the perspective of evolutionary game and the behaviorof enterprises, farmers and government, we derive the utility function. By theequilibrium analysis, we calculate the point ESS. So we conclude the conditions andput forward some suggestions to promote the cooperation.
