Research On The Benefit Distribution In The Process Of The Farmland Acquisition Analysis With Game Theory

Land releases tremendous value-added by the process of resources converted into assets, in this process, central government, local government, collective economic organization, individual peasant and other interest groups are all involved in the distribution of value-added benefits. But in these four interest groups, the peasant is in relatively disadvantaged status. In order to effectively solve this problem, firstly we should improve the distribution of value-added benefits in the process of land acquisition by a rational way. That is not only an economic problem, but also a problem which involves the stability of social structure and ecology. So it has become a Herculean task to design a creative collection system for agricultural land for protecting interest of peasants, government and collectivity, thus reveal features, rules and problems of distribution pattern in the process of and acquisition.This paper was divided into seven parts:Part 1:mainly focuses on topics of background, literature review, research ideas, research methods, research contents and characteristics of research, and gives a more detailed exposition of the research-related research with this dynamic for paving the way for further analysis.Part 2:several theories were introduced, such as Rent Ttheory,Interest Group Theory, Property Rights Ttheory, Game Theory (including bargaining theory, principal-agent theory), etc. which were used in this paper for analysis and research.Part 3:mainly talks about the concepts of land requisition and the land requisition system to define the distribution of benefits.Part 4:firstly analyzes every interest group mentioned in land acquisition, and then builds a game model for equilibrium analysis.Part 5:mainly analyzes the pattern of distribution of benefits basing on game model according to 46 cases about farmland acquisition and resettlement compensation in New North Zone of ChongQing from 2006 to 2008, and clearly explains the pattern of distribution of benefits between "Big Government Group" and "Small Collective Group" in game equilibrium.Part 6:proposes the design to improve the relationship among every group in the process of land acquisition.Part7:it gives some suggestions to balance interest of all groups in farm land acquisition.
