As our society came into a new century which is more information-oriented and more networking, countries around the world make a mor e deeply research on the Situation Awareness(SA).The studying of situation awareness drives the development of many fields such as perception and control network. It can sense many kinds of information adequately in complex environments which is based on wireless sensor network technology. Perception information collected by large-scale deployed nodes is sent back to converged platform periodically through wireless sensor network. It is an easy, low cost and work well method to realize situation awareness.In order to enhance the perceive ability of the system, make modules work and collect more intelligently to reduce energy consumption and improve the network protocol to ensure network security, integrity and reliability, this paper improve in the design of modules structure, the strategies of modules control and wireless sensor network protocol after studying perception and control network technology. This paper is on the basis of a practical project and is built on 2nd generation mobile perception and control platform. In the end we get a system meeting our expectation. This article mainly contains the following sections.Firstly, in order to strengthen the system’s perception ability, this paper changes and improves the design of modules structure like au dio, image and WIFI which is based on 2nd generation platform. Use Arduino microcontroller to achieve sense atmospheric pressure and vibration. And make USB camera and WIFI into use.Secondly, for intelligently controlling modules, this article has designed three modules adaptive reconfiguration mechanism considering the demand of hardware and collection rule when modules work which is automatic, semiautomatic and manual. It make modules work intelligently. And an intelligent collection policy is designed and used to feedback control acquisition rate according the change law of data. This strategy control modules working and reduce energy consumption.Thirdly, in order to perfect the network protocol, the paper improves in security and integrity of network data transmission and control protocol. This control protocol supports for intelligent collection policy. Facing the problem of network failure caused by coordinator breakdown, a strategy dealing with this fault is proposed to make all node recover to work.Finally, through test, it verified that the system has fully information perception ability and modules can be adaptively reconfigured. Moreover, the network protocol has better performance which not only guarantees the security and integrity of network data transmission but also handles single point of coordinator failure.This article shows that the mobile perception and control system optimize in system integration and mobile perception and control network protocol has the ability to sense comprehensively environment information and assure the security, integrity and reliability of network connection. This system has better value of actual application.
