Along with Internet development, distributed application is used more and more Theappearance of new distributed computing technology--distributed computing based on agenttechnology brings the new development. Based on the system frame of emergency center the article studies how to assign the role of the emergency center, the collaboration model among the members, the collaboration scheme and the material collaboration measure. And also studies deep into the backup mechanism and the router arithmetic of the MAS emergency center's system structure. It also explains the mode of CSCW collaboration and realizes the construct of the information share technology based on MAS.When the agents of CSCW system based on MAS send data each other by delegated computing, that a single agent doesn't work will be a fatal matter. So the article brings forward a service backup scheme about delegated computing mode. The author researches it from three aspects. Firstly, use agent technology to study the communications between agents, the collaboration mechanism, the design and the realization of agent. Secondly study the service backup. The emphases is the role of the agent, service backup mechanism, function framework and give the way to define the role by the service backup mechanism: Monitor agent, Service Backup agent, Heartbeat agent, Cache agent and Update agent etc. Thirdly is the arithmetic on load balance. The author analyses some balance arithmetic at present. Based on the characteristic of MAS, put up the research on load balance of MAS CSCW system and give the flow of the hydraulic pressure mode's load balance arithmetic.
