Stroke is one of the most important lethal disease in the world, it’ll have high mortality and morbidity after onset of stroke. There is also high mortality of stroke in China, however, the uneven distribution of medical resources makes a lot of patients don’t have effective treatment, resulting in death, disability and other adverse consequences to patients and their families caused great economic and psychological burden. So for this situation to develop this system, using advanced technical ways, integrating some open source platforms, using national standards to solve this problem and achieve the sharing of resources and medical information to support stroke cooperative treatment and services evaluation system.In this paper, a complete service platform system is developed to support the cooperative treatment and services evaluation for stroke, it contains the following four subsystems.First subsystem is stroke cooperative treatment workstation on Android. This client using mobility and portability of Android mobile phone, integaretion anychat and other open source platforms achieve collaborative diagnosis, and around this core function implements the medical record management, patient assessment view, personal information management, and other auxiliary functions. Patient evaluation view includes: view the cooperative medical service evaluation, based on text mining algorithm to feedback patients’ evaluation by keyword.The second subsystem is stroke collaborative diagnosis and treatment client on Android for patient. This client mainly as a cooperative medical services evaluation and patient signs data sources, provides patients with individual signs data management and evaluation(includes evaluation of patients from which the use of national standards and the rehabilitation indicators of HMU) of two core functions and medical record management, personal information management, and other auxiliary function module.The third subsystem is stroke collaborative diagnosis and treatment website for doctor administrator.According to the business needs which can support hospital to develop and moniter their personal cooperative treatment process which must be compatible with the National Medicine Standards,integrating activiti open source platform, achieve two major modules: process management(using BPMN2.0 process specification, including online editing process-models, process definition management, process management and process examples management) and process monitoring and and other auxiliary modules like patient records modules and so on.The last one is stroke collaborative diagnosis and treatment website for system administrator. It mainly solves two problems: the doctors’ rights management and data management and achieve two modules: the right management and user management.These four interrelated subsystems to solve the uneven distribution of medical resources, to achieve stroke cooperative treatment and services evaluation system, to ensure the normative of diagnosis and treatment, to provided feedback channels for stroke treatment services, so that the doctor can provide better medical services for stroke patients.
