The main work of this paper include the following aspects:(1)First, analysing business requirements and application characteristics of MSA platform in functional and non-functional aspects, determining function, overall structure and key technology,proposing the idea of push combines personalized recommendations.(2)Then,designing the system in system architecture, databases, interfaces, and error handling,articulating design ideas of information push and personalized recommendations.(3)Finally,illustrating implementation process and key technologies of MSA platform according to the design requirements.MSA platform construction involves many elements of medical, networking, information, intelligent terminal, is a systems engineering. Completion of MSA Medical Services Assistant platform can not only improve the scientific quality of the hospital,form a close two-way communication regional stroke management network between community and hospital,and in the latter can be spreaded in a wider range,can add more research and management of clinical trials to promote the development of medical career.
