Research On Information Resource Sharing Technology In Electronic Government System

With the rapid development of e-government affairs, many government departments have or are building their own e-government system, independent e-government system of government departments are playing an important role in the daily work of government affairs services with the information data skyrocketing trend. In order to realize the acquisition and processing fast of information data for the citizens and government workers, we need to break the "island of information"--- of the various government departments during the formation of the construction and application of information resources, to effectively share and exchange information and resources between different government departments, and to reduce e-government costs and improve the utilization of information resources, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of government staff daily affairs to better serve the public, finally to create a service-oriented government. Therefore, the establishment of the information resource sharing and exchanging platform for an effective e-government system, has become a key point to realize the government information resource sharing and utilization.This thesis take the platform design of a city e-government affairs system information resources sharing and exchanging as the research background, to research and design the overall design of heterogeneous data exchanging system of the platform and the implementation and application of the key technologies. Details are as follows:First, the thesis summarizes the technology research and current application situation of e-government affairs system at home and abroad information resource exchanging and sharing, analyzes the advantages and limitations of the information resource sharing and exchanging technology of current e-government affairs. Then, This thesis take a e-government affairs information resources sharing and exchanging system construction as example, according to the technical requirements of the e-government affairs information resources sharing and exchanging, using the SOA architecture, and adopting the Web service technology as a technical basis for system implementation, designed the reasonable overall design of heterogeneous data exchanging system, the topology model and key functional modules, presented a detailed workflow of heterogeneous data exchanging system.Finally, This thesis completed the detailed design of the conversion of heterogeneous data of e-government affairs, the establishment of WDSL document, the creating of Web site and publishing of services, the data transmission and SOAP security verification and other key aspects, and played a good effect for the system construction and application of a e-government affairs information resources sharing and exchanging, and would provide a reference for the development and utilization of the data exchanging and sharing of e-government affairs information management system exchanging platform and other heterogeneous platforms.
