In the daily life, Government efficiency has an important work on the government’sability and determination. The effective and efficient web on the Internet simplify thework of governance. Nowadays, the web make it possible for the complete thecoordinated work between the various departments. In support of the ManzhouliGovernment, we developed the Government Aid Information Sharing SystemAdministrative Information Sharing Platform.In this paper, we discusses the necessity of government poverty alleviationinformation sharing. And information between the various branches of governmenthelp the various departments to work efficient. While the difficult is still come, wecan coordinate the different departments by the Information Sharing System.Therefore, What we design the system is to simplify the cost of the governmentadministrators ‘supervise.Under the environments of the simplification of administrative examinationprocess, we want to improve government efficiency and enhance the ability of thegovernment. We develop the system to promote the social resources allocate. So wecan enhance the domestic environment’s fair. As the respond to the call of the CPC,we take some actions to improve the government’s aid information sharing.Government aid information sharing system plays an integral role in helping thegovernment daily sharing resources and information disclosure. By simplifying ourgovernment office processes, we can improve the efficiency of government work forthe people. Although government aid information sharing systems have an efficientlywork to simplify the Administrative ability to do something, we still have a long wayto improve the government’s work efficient. To simplify administrative processes andimprove government competence is a long way to go. So we should continue tostrengthen people-oriented and serve the people.The21st century is a new era of rapid development of science and technology.The social development, the government affairs and the streamline work processesgradually are valued by the government. We should take the the satisfaction of the people as part of the Administrative assessment. As long as that the government willalways put the interests of the people first. So we can enhance the government’sdetermination and improve the service levels.Initially, the system development is mainly work on the business analysis andanalyses the underlying database. It include the nine government departments. Suchas the Disabled Apart, the Civil Affairs, the Poverty Alleviation Office, the Red Cross,the Department of Education, the Women’s Federations, the Trade Unions and theHealth Authorities. We make the appropriate coordination and communication. Wecollect the needed information by talk with the various departments. The databasedesigned by background group. Then we developed a corresponding development ofthe project. The technology is front-end JSP+JavaScript programming. The datapersistence layer use the corresponding JavaBean and the corresponding SQLprogramming language accept SQL language and we use the JDBC implementations.The control layer mainly accept the basic Servlet. The data upload and download useStruts2to achieve.In this paper, We take the MVC design. The hierarchical address the mainfunction of each module. The project develop functional decompose the followingmajor modules. It includes user access control, user basic information sharing andhelp information sharing. We take the use of JSP+Struts2+MySQL Web-basedpoverty reduction technology development information sharing platform. So weachieve the basic sharing information station to help share information betweenvarious departments. We can modify the basic information of the department and poorinformation, delete the department of basic information. Poverty Informationimported by excel. We format basic information and poor information by manuallyadd basic information.
