Research And Implementation Of E-government Information Resources Sharing And Exchanging Platform

With the rapid development of e-government, many government departments have set up their own e-government platform. How to break Information Isolated Island formed by information resource database of government departments to effectively share and exchange information with each other has become the key to the establishment and development of e-government. Meanwhile, with the use of the e-government system, massive data has been exploding. Whether citizens and government staff can acquire and process information quickly or not will also be the key to the improvement of government efficiency, the quality of administration and services for citizens. In this context, this thesis has designed and implemented a unified, efficient, clean and standardized platform of e-government, which can improve the efficiency of government departments by helping various government departments with timely and effective information sharing and exchange. In addition, it can also help citizens and government officials with timely and accurate retrieval of information in line with their own personal interests on account of the research and design of an efficient personalized search algorithm, the idea of which is based on the application of the concept of personalization to the system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, it studied the development status of technology and main problems, and compiled code elements and data exchange specification of sharing and exchange service based on it. For generally reflected issues, it further improved the design scheme of the data exchange and sharing platform. Moreover, it designed the architecture of the sharing and exchange platform based on the analysis of actual needs of business and departments.Secondly, it designed the platform of government information sharing and exchanging platform and more detailed business processes and interaction such as sharing and exchange. Moreover, it offered effective integration and management of various information resources released by government departments in a way of unifying data format. In the part of platform implementation, it compared the advantages and disadvantages of various implementation plans based on the actual situation, and made a suitable plan at last.Finally, it introduced user’s personal interest to resources retrieval system, studied the representation, source and modeling technology of user interest and made a series of technical solution adopted by the platform based on this. In order to solve the problem of massive data, this thesis proposed a scheme that could improve user interest model by integrating user behavior and group interests, and proved that the scheme could improve retrieval performance through tests. In the end, according to the experimental data, it analyzed the key factors influencing the retrieval performance.
