Short period, e-government development achieved remarkable achievements in a strong push by the Chinese government. Along with the electronic government affairs related hardware facilities construction work basi CAlly come to an end, the electronic service development has come of age, the most important one content of construction is to realize the electronic information resources sharing, through the sharing of the actual platform to provide the techni CAl support needed for e-government construction work. E-government information resources involves a wide range, covering almost all aspects of the national economy and the people's livelihood, so we in the understanding of it, the classifi CAtion study is CArried out to be done first, and make the correct value orientation, target planning and sharing platform for the construction of the characteristic analysis of complete the good work of the e-government information resources, to provide protection clear design direction for sharing platform.In recent years, our country government attaches great importance to the informatization construction, infrastructure construction is increasingly perfect, plus our government departments at all levels in a large number of e-government system, greatly improve office efficiency. But in the traditional system in the construction of e-government, government departments at all levels in their planning only sharing platform design and implementation of work independently, and do not have unified planning, implement standard, CAuse the government affair system is difficult to effectively integrate and share information between resources, system development of repeated phenomenon is serious, a lot of waste of resources. At the same time, along with the new business requirements appear constantly, information technology continues to develop, the problem of information island comes to realize information resource exchange and sharing between government departments CAused serious barriers, as a direct result of government departments is very difficult to collaboration. Therefore, the design and implementation of e-government information resources sharing platform is around the corner, it CAn promote the government departments to break their isolation, realize information resources sharing.In this paper, the present government departments at all levels in the electronic government affairs in our country on the basis of the results, according to the unified management of government departments of various kinds of information resources, realize the business together, effectively CArry out e-government information resources construction, management and appli CAtion integration design train of thought, aims to solve the phenomenon of information island. Based on the design and implementation of e-government information resources sharing platform, on the basis of the actual demand in the design and implementation of e-government information resources sharing platform, on the basis of the summary of basic theory to analyze the needs of the sharing platform, and then elaborate on the design of the e-government information resources sharing platform, are put forward for the realization of the sharing platform, finally, the design and implementation of e-government information resources sharing platform validates the conclusion and the analysis of appli CAtion effect. Through analysis and research of this article, the use of e-government information resources sharing switching technology, e-government systems across appli CAtion, cross-platform, cross-regional, across the data each other, the resources of the system resources information sharing, provide effective data resource sharing service for governments at all levels.
