In the machinery manufacturing industry, annealing furnace is a kind of important equipment in metal heat treatment. And the stand or fall of temperature control technology has a direct effect on the production, the life of the furnace body and the technical indexes. Currently, annealing furnace control system still prevails in some domestic enterprises as a relay control mode, of which the output work mainly relies on experienced staff to manually adjust, which leads to the unsatisfactory consequence of furnace control process. In this paper, the combination of the distributed control system and annealing furnace control technology achieves multiple annealing furnace into a whole through different types of buses, for the management and control.Firstly, we introduce the annealing equipment and its production process, analyze its main control target and the annealing furnace workshop equipment control requirements. We use the workshop as a annealing device layer, PLC as a field control unit, Kingview software monitoring platform for the PC and field bus communication technology as one of the annealing furnace Distributed Control System Design.Then, according to the design of hardware and software design. Selecting main Referring to a single device to control demand, the main components for the selection, use CP1H-XA type PLC, expansion I/O unit CP1W-40 EDT and temperature control module CJ1W-TC001 as a field control unit. Use main components to design apparatus main circuit, temperature control circuit, a pressure control circuit and System communication circuit.temperature control circuit, pressure control circuit and system communication circuit. According to the system function demand on the part of the software design, which includes the PLC program, touch screen interface development,PC KingView software design and development, and communication technology of distributed control system software design, the database in the development of the Kingview module needs to carry on a research to the Access database.In addition, Design of temperature control system of annealing furnace based on fuzzy self tuning PID control algorithm. Research and analyse the possibility of applying the fuzzy self-tuning PID control to the annealing furnace, and design the annealing furnace temperature control system based on the algorithm. It turns out the detailed structure and working process of the fuzzy self-tuning PID control, including the fuzzy design of the input and output variables, the rule establishment of the fuzzy control and the calculating analysis using MATLAB software, combined with CXprogrammer software to introduce fuzzy self-tuning PID program and to give out the corresponding implementation.Finally,Combing with the specific process of ring gear quenching, we debug the annealing plant distributed control system. The debugging content includes: debugging of Communication between Field Control Unit and PC monitoring center, debugging of manual and automatic of Field Control Unit distributed control system. After commissioning, according to the energy usage analysis reports, ring gear temperature curve, production process pressure curve, we come to a conclusion: annealing plant distributed control system meet the prospective.
