Research On The Quality Tracing System Of T Company

Any competition between enterprises is inseparable from the competition of product quality. There is no excellent product quality,the enterprise will be lost in the tide of market economy. Monitoring the quality of product becomes an important goal of enterprise development. It is an effective way by using Quality tracking system to improve the quality of the products and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The article will solve the problem of the company’s product traceability by perfecting T lily company’s own quality tracing system.This paper uses the HACCP system and the qr code technology, as well as using the method of literature, investigation method. Hazard of the steps in production,colle ction, storage,processing,transportation and sales is analyzed first, then find the critica l control points, finally put forward the overall design ideas to build the quality traceab ility system of the T lily company realizing the whole process of dynamic tracing in the lily product safety production five steps. Through strengthening the construction ofinstitution in the T lily company quality traceability system, establishing and perfect ing the matching scheme in the enterprise production procedure and the quality control,redrawing the company organization to reengineer the business process,the quality an d efficiency of the lily quality tracking system will be improved. Finally this paper di scussed the difficulties in building the quality tracking system and the problems encou ntered in the application, and put forward the feasibility of the solution,so that they can learn from the single enterprise and a single industry.This paper argues that the T company will improve the quality of products, and improve the market competitiveness to realize the whole process of product quality tracking of enterprises through improving their own quality traceability system.
