D Company Paint Product Quality Traceability Processes Construction And Analysis

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, food safety requirements are also increasing, and food quality traceability system has been widely used in food industry. However, due to different ways of traceability in the IT manufacturing industry, they still lack a complete quality traceability system that can trace from raw material to finished product, monitor the whole process and traced back to the problem in a timely manner of raw materials or components, improve process and enhance efficiency to the supplier.In order to achieve rapid traceability of product quality, we need a quality traceability system that can track the product’s manufacturing process, monitor every step of the production process records, once found the defective products, we can trace to the problem at once, give immediate correction and develop appropriate solutions together to enhance the qualityof the product.In this thesis, we study and analyze the present situation of the manufacturing process that can be traced back, to the problem that need to solve and gives the specific design solutions, use the 6 Σ improvement theory and combining D company paint product in the manufacturing process, analyze the stakeholders, including D company, ODM assembly supplier, applicator supplier and paint supplier, use a previous paint product quality problem as an opportunity to start from the paint supplier, use two-dimensional code to establish a complete production traceability processes, track from raw materials to finished products traceability, put into practice in D company and get a good result.After the effective realization of the project, it can short the time to paint product traceability, reducing the scope and quality related costs, enhance the corporate image, product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
