Consistently pursue Kailuan Group company strategy about “Four Centralized” of materials management,to construct uniform information system of materials management.Implementation the business of materials management from initiation, execution, supervision, query and analysis to the Decision Support and management functions.This software system can be separated from each other and efficient collaboration management. Its primary objective is to improve quality, reduce costs,increase efficiency fulfill the goal of enterprises.First of all, according to the detailed investigation on materials management business of Kailuan Group company,optimized the business process of materials management, builded system business flow chart and system physical model,provided reference for the designing of the system.Secondly, Kailuan Group Materials Management System adopts B/S architecture to design,divided system integrated logical structure,builded three layers business process model.This system is implemented objected-oriented design tools,extract system included entity class and relationship model.Based on the database design theory,designed the database of Materials Management System.Used functional block diagram to divide system modules.There are five function models of Materials Management System which include procurement management,storage management, trading and balance management,purchasing settlement and payment management,materials allocation management,then use procurement management modules as example,completed the detailed design and system implementation.Finally, using C#.NET programming skills and Object-oriented programming ideas,realized on the material purchase management module, clearly defined user interface and function menu,fastly builded system prototype,and described the bussiness operated condition and procedure. To do topic design for the core bussiness, formed individual function modules.Kailuan Materials Management Information System is one part of Kailuan Group informatization constructions,the construction of the system will realize the strategic support of Kailuan Group internal materials management,reduce materials procurement and supply costs, enhance the corporate governance and competitiveness.
