Recently years, the radar receiver test technology is at an important stage of rapid development in our country. All kinds of automatic, intelligent, general radar receiver test equipments constantly bring forth the new through the old. This thesis, taking the radar receiver as research background,analyzes the search status and development trend of the automatic test system and the radar receiver test technology, combining with the radar receiver channel test system, illustrates the important meaning of developing an intelligent radar receiver channel test system and implements its design and software development.Firstly, this thesis analyses the structure and the working principle of radar and radar receiver technology. Then it summarizes several key technical points of the intelligent radar receiver channel test system, and clears the test items of this testing system.Secondly,according to the design goal, the functional requirements, the performance, the whole structure and the working principle of the intelligent radar receiver channel test system, the thesis proposes the overall design scheme of the system.The thesis uses c# programming language for the development of PC software,uses VISA function library and SCPI commands to realize the intelligent communication of the software system and the hardware system.Thirdly, the thesis presents the design scheme of the hardware design and the software design according to the overall design scheme of the system. The hardware design includes the selection of test instruments, the radar receiver test channel structure, the design of radar receiver test method, and the detailed description of the hardware test system using method. The sofeware design includes the database design, the software platform structure, the business logic design, the instruments communication control design.Lastly, the thesis demonstrates the software development environment,the calibration of the instruments and the use of software process. The demonstration results show that the intelligent radar receiver channel test system meets the design requirements. The thesis makes a summary of the research contents and the main work of the author. The further improvement of the intelligent radar receiver channel test system is finally raised according to the existing problems.
