The Design And Implementation Of Bank Teller Management System Based On The Process

As China's financial industry comprehensive opening,the rapid expansion of domestic financial institutions and banking competition,banks need to form a more perfect?efficient and safe operation management mode,to improve the efficiency of work and management of the bank,better customer service,and then enhance the profitability of banks.The content of this research,mainly in the City Commercial Bank of Kunlun as an example,to design and implement the Teller Management System.Firstly,the Bank of Kunlun project background,and the future orientation of the Teller Management System of Kunlun bank and the existing problems are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the scheme of counter manage system,to study client / server architecture,middleware and the general theory of software development method.In addition,through the thorough research of Kunlun bank teller's daily operation process and business system control,and combined with the project background and business needs of Kunlun Bank,summarizes the function and nonfunctional requirements of the system.And on basis this to design the overall architecture of system and teller business operation processes.Then,through the system's overall architecture design,business process analysis and design,the system business function module,and completed the database design and module design.Finally,according to function,the system is divided into organization management,maintenance management of teller,box management of teller,daily transactions of teller,access control management of teller several functional modules.The detailed functional design of teller management system is completed,finally realizes teller management system based on the process.(1)Participated in the business process design of teller management system,including daily transaction process,teller teller cash management process,teller access management process.(2)Completed the teller management system database and related class design.(3)Implemented the management of the teller box and the management module of the teller authority.The teller box management includes cashbox distribution,cashbox turned over,teller cashbox transfered,branch cashbox transfered.The management of the teller authority includes the trading authority and the transaction authorization.This project reviews the teller work processes,business process system,and improve the working mechanism,promote the work carried out smoothly,and ultimately completed the teller management system of Kunlun Bank.Through the application of the system,improve the work efficiency of bank staff,reduce the counter staff working pressure,reducing man-made factors,strengthen risk control and management,implement the business process operation,improve the bank teller and customer service experience.
