With the age improvement and the development of information technology, there is an increasing security leak in the bank system on the aspect of personal identification, which forces people to find an identification system that is more efficient and reliable. As to the security and efficiency, the traditional means of personal identification such as keys, passwords, secret codes, ID card or even the IC card cannot fully satisfy the needs of social economic activities and safety precautions. So people need a new method to identify personal identity, which attracts their attention to the technology of fingerprint identification.This thesis begins with the basic theories of fingerprint identification technology, and then develops a set of teller management system for the Agricultural Bank of China. This system substitutes for the original secret codes by the means of fingerprint identification to test the bank teller's identity. The system adopts "B/S" structure which is independent of the original bank system. As far as the foreground is concerned, in order to make the browser touch off the fingerprint collection facility, the system adopts the ActiveX control which is only a button from the appearance but inside it must carry out two functions--one is response function realized by clicking once, the other is self-definition function in which all the work has been done. On the background, in order to increase the security, the system separates the process of the fingerprint information from the other processes and divides them into fingerprint server and web server. The fingerprint server is partially based on common use and easy transplant, so it uses JAVA to exploit, while the web server uses the Asp.net to develop because it needs to communicate with fingerprint collection facility and fingerprint server. This teller management system is the complement of the original bank system and plays an assistant role which greatly improves the security of bank system and decreases the crime risks of bank business. This article describes a fingerprint authentication system with an universally applicable characteristics. Concrete implementation, you can live according to different requirements to the system added to the more specific some of the auxiliary functions, but all the basic functions are covered within the system, so it has good portability and scalability that can be achieved accurate fingerprint recognition, authentication requirements for the enterprise offered a good choice.
