Different from the general test which has an "electronic" marking, the marking work of the art examinees’ art works has to be marked in a original way. The teachers can contact the pencil power and paint powder on the paper easily. What’s more, lots of papers can bring much dust which can pollute the environment and produce hidden danger to the teachers’ health.Aimed at this situation, we have designed a device which can collect the information of test papers.The main functions of the device is to collect and process the photo information of the test papers for the art examinees.The overall plan of the device include two parts: mechanical parts and automatic control system. The mechanical parts are made up of standard parts like cylinders and magnetic valves and nonstandard parts, whose motion can be realized through the movement of cylinders. The automatic control system use the PLC to design a corresponding automatic photographing control system, which can make the device use the control system to control the mechanical parts and do an automatic photo for the test papers of art students with a camera.Then the information of works can be stored into the computer.In this paper, the main work includes the followings: first, introduce the background and significance of the device;Second, the overall design of automatic control system;Third,the design of the hardware platform and software program for the automatic control system;Fourth, the analysis of reliability and safety for the device and program debugging.The core content of this article is the automatic control system design, including the design of controller hardware and software compiling. First of all, choose the best controller according to the characteristics of the mechanics and design the hardware parts of the automatic control system, make which can cooperate with the mechanical parts to adsorb,photograph and put down the papers. Secondly,considering the fault-tolerant of the control system, a software program was designed to ensure the device can make a right judgment and processing when the number of papers is two or more. Again,considering safety, reliability and the ability of dealing with an emergency of the device, a control priority level was designed. Finally, we completed the debug of the automatic control system and achieve a desired effect.
