This paper designs and develops a jumbolter training system based on virtual reality technology with the anchor drilling machine as the research object.Virtual reality technology is a high-technology which integrate the computer graphics, computer simulation technology, virtual simulation technology, the three dimensional animation technology, man-machine interactive technology, real-time data monitoring technology and sensor technology, with its immersion, imaginative and interactive features, the trainers can be completely exposed to virtual training environment, and free from outside factors such as ground, mechanical wear.Firstly, three dimensional model of jumbolter is built by PRO/E6.0, working environment of jumbolter is drew with 3DSMAX.This article combined PRO/E6.0 with3 DSMAX, set the anchor drill into a whole, by adding the method of virtual objects to redefine node motion, without affecting the simulation results, the difficulty of the simulation is reduced.Secondly, through the combination of OSG and LOD technology,the optimization and management of jumbolter virtual training system can be realized.In the process of motion simulation, using OSG:: Node Node under the class of OSG:: Node Callback update callback parameter pointer command, real-time monitoring of the jumbolter movement.Jumbolter movement parameters is obtained through Node Visitor class, and then use the method of “apply” to realize anchor node preservation.Node Visitor class object throughout the entire model, each visitor’s node call its corresponding apply()method to achieve the algorithm with the level of the tree structure is limited, so as to realize the search of node, finally obtain the corresponding node motionparameters.Then osgViewer and multiple osg: : camera are used in combination, to make the trainees observe the virtual scene from different views, the punching precision is improved at the same time the risk may encounter in the actual construction is reduced.Finally,the jumbolter interactive simulation platform was built by combining OSG and MFC.It can meet the requirement of trainees through fast switch between different views.
