The recent years have witnessed the rapid development of the network informatization. The integration among the broadcast network, the telecommunication network and the internet has stepped into the stage of application. The multiple transmission ways of videos as the internet television and mobile phone television have posed opportunities and challenges to the traditional television entertainment shows. Especially for the marketization reformation of the television entertainment shows, it is taking the opportunity of the integration of the three networks to plug wings of network to the traditional television entertainment shows, continuously improving the overall quality and attention level for the entertainment shows. It chose the research target of the marketization project of the entertainment shows on YTTV, carried out analysis on the problems lying in its development process and proposed reasonable management strategies for the project, hoping to lift the overall quality of the marketization project for the entertainment shows on YTTV, in the meantime providing the quality management experience for the marketization projects of the television entertainment shows of the same type.With the arrangement on literature related the projects quality management, the integration of three networks and the television entertainment shows, it made comprehensive analysis on the development status, major target and tasks, as well as the problems lying in the project for the marketization project of the entertainment shows on YTTV. It carried out comprehensive analysis on the reasons for the problems lying in the target of the marketization project of the television entertainment shows under the integration of the three networks from the three perspectives as the target quality of the audience, target quality of the enterprise and the target quality of the social benefits. The research proposed the quality management strategies for the marketization project of the entertainment shows on YTTV under the integration of the three networks. In contents, it made innovations in the ideas of the project, the production process and the skills of the shows. In the form of the project, it formed the cooperation of multiple media to share the shows resources, enhancing the transmission meanwhile protecting the copyrights. In the marketing process for the project, it chose the strategies as to categorize the audience, to utilize the fragment time, to innovate in the internet transmission and to carry out the publicity marketing, etc., guaranteeing to obtain the target of lifting the target quality of the television entertainment shows marketization.
