With the large data prophecy into reality, IT organizations will get more value from their statistical analysis work, but at the same time,the problems have emerged.Whether the existing system could support batch jobs which to deal rapidly growing amount of data, whether the system can support increasingly complex data processing logic and whether the current batch time window could meet the increasingly urgent demand for services7*24. Most IT organizations want to enhance the handling capacity by updating batch server software and hardware, so as to improve the efficiency of batch job processing and shorten the time window of the batch jobs. but it will bring increased capital and labor costs.This paper analyzes the traditional batch performance testing methods, combined with practical work experience, and present a method to accomplish the batch job performance testing based on a small number of test data. And refer to this method, the paper details the use of. NET tool to develop batch performance test management platform based on ORACLE.Batch performance testing methods based on a small amount of data provides a reference process, with a strong operability and portability. And this method also provides a new way of thinking.
