With the rapid development of the domestic military industry and the increasing reliability requirements of electronic products,the component inspection and testing industry that J Company is engaged in has become one of the service industries with good development prospects and rapid growth in China.The testing industry of components is characterized by rapid changes in customer needs,a wide variety of testing,small batch and short cycle.So it is difficult to form large-scale standardized testing.Due to many human factors in the testing process,quality assurance is particularly important.As more and more companies enter the component testing industry,the competition becomes more and more fierce,the customer needs become more and more complex,and the quality requirements get higher and higher.The testing organizations need not only rich product testing lines,but also professional and thoughtful one-stop service,which leads to the testing organizations to meet the testing needs of customers with multiple varieties and small batches.Compared with the process control and quality management of mature single-variety and mass testing or producing,the multi-variety small batch testing project management is difficult.And there are many problems in quality management,which will inevitably affect the quality of testing.The quality of testing is the lifeline of testing institutions,and is also the reputation and brand of companies.So it is imperative to build a variety of small batch testing project quality management mode.The purpose of this thesis is to establish a quality management model for multi-variety and small batch inspection projects through the quality management research of multi-variety small batch components testing project of J company.Combining with the actual situation of the a testing enterprise where the author works,the paper focuses on the background of J company's multi-variety and small-batch component testing project.By applying the concept of total quality management in project management,the paper manages each stage of testing in stages in the life cycle of testing project.The quality information management system of the inspection project constructs at the same time,to manage the implementation of multiple varieties of small batch testing project quality,and gradually implement quality improvement.Through the research on the quality management of J company's multi-variety and small batch testing process,combined with the company's early quality management situation,this paper aims to find out the shortcomings of quality management,put forward improvement,and form a quality assurance system and method suitable for multi-variety small batch component testing proj ects.This paper proposes a clear continuous and improvement plan for the quality management of J company's component testing project,which can strengthen the overall quality management construction work,and build a quality management mode of the multi-variety small-batch detection projects based on the quality management theory.The quality management mode has extensive guiding significance and promotion value on multi-variety and small batch testing industry quality management.
