In the complex electromagnetic environment, whether it is the electronic reconnaissance and electronic jamming technology, are needed to extract the working parameters of the radar signal, in a multitude of radar parameters, frequency domain parameters especially carrier frequency parameter is an important parameter. Traditional measuring frequency receiver uses the simulation method, due to temperature, gain and transform, making system performance is relatively poor and unstable, it is difficult to meet the actual demand. Based on the analysis of this paper, a new frequency measurement receiver is designed.This paper introduces a with large instantaneous bandwidth, large dynamic range, high sensitivity digital reconnaissance instantaneous frequency measurement receiver, and around the measuring frequency receiver design and realization methods are described in detail. Compared with the traditional receiver, the receiver is implemented by digital processing method and system performance is relatively high. In this paper, we first introduce the traditional instantaneous measurement frequency receiver realization principle and basic model, detailed introduction and analysis for several kinds of common receiver, clear the advantages and disadvantages of each receiver. The ability to achieve performance requirements in practical engineering and technology, this paper proposes a scheme to achieve it. Secondly of instantaneous frequency receiver in an important method were analysis: introduced two kinds of intermediate frequency measuring frequency method, expounds the advantages and disadvantages and determine the actual application method; of key problems in the system frequency measurement principle of analysis, including: RF signal cross band and cross Digital Channelization and signal channel processing, through the selected design of index system for demonstration. Finally, according to the design scheme of digital reconnaissance receiver gives the detailed realization method, and introduces the system hardware platform and the detailed work flow.
