Mechanical equipments are an important production tools in industrial manufacturing, and the vibration is the main parameter of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis, which is a complex vibration of multi direction and broadband. Wireless sensor network is composed of many micro cheap nodes in monitoring area, which can real-time monitor, collect and process all kinds of information in distribution network areas. Compared to cable device monitoring machine, wireless sensor networks have significant advantages and broad prospects for machine state monitoring. According to the characteristics of mechanical vibration acquisition, the wireless sensor network node for tri-axial high-speed vibration monitoring is designed, which have the performances of three axis synchronous acquisition, high frequency sampling, mass storage, reliable data transmission and on-chip data processing. The main work is as follows.Dual-processor structure is adopted by using low-power MSP430 and CC2530, which is beneficial to the maintenance and updating of hardware modular and improves the ability of on-chip data processing. The high-performance and low-power ADXL001 acceleration sensor replaces traditional acceleration sensor, solving the problem of complex circuit, large volume and high power consumption. The three axis acceleration sensor is formed by three single axis sensors through the way of three-dimensional orthogonal, realizing the tri-axial high-speed synchronous sampling of nodes. An independent 16 bit analog to digital convertor has been adopted, improving the resolution and accuracy of data acquisition. The large capacity SD memory card is used to store a large number of sampling data.On the basis of hardware, the two processors are embedded real-time operating system and Zigbee protocol, which makes it convenient to manage and schedule of tasks, shortens the program development cycle and improves its portability. The corresponding software program is designed and the file system is embedded in the node, which facilitated the management and view of the data.In this paper, focusing on the tri-axial high-speed synchronous sampling, high-precision data acquisition, large capacity data storage, a wireless sensor network node for tri-axial high-speed monitoring has been designed, and its performance has been tested by experiments. Finally, the main work and problems of wireless sensor network node is summarized, and the future research direction is prospected.
