Automotive pressure transmitter has become the forefront of automotive electronics industry technology projects. Because external environment condition such as temperature, humidity, salt spray, vibration and so on, they are the important factors that affect vehicle function, performance and reliability, reliability test of automotive pressure transmitter is becoming more and more important, Automotive pressure transmitter is very good in China development prospect, it is also a high-risk industry, if has little inadvertent, consequence will be unimaginable, quality accident will emerge in endlessly. Particularly relating to the personal property safety hidden trouble, when the products in bulk, the resulting quality risk and social responsibility is greater. As the application of automotive electronic products, environmental conditions of pressure transmitter has special requirements. So need to use various means of reliability evaluation and reliability test to make reliable and effective verification for the design scheme of automotive pressure transmitter. Reliability test of automotive pressure transmitter can be said to be the important means that the guarantee for function, performance and long-term reliability, it improve the quality and market competitiveness.This paper plans for pressure transmitter reliability test, and the reliability test has been completed, carry out failure analysis of the causes of problems, formulate prevention measures and implementation, etc. This article main research content is as follows:1) Planning reliability test. Introduce the research object for pressure transmitter product classification and structure, introduce the design of potential failure mode and consequence analysis, evaluate company design car pressure transmitter reliability level,analysing the product in the "structure" and "circuit reliability" and "pressure sensitive components reliability",there may be a weak link, to take further validation and reliability test evaluation design weak links provide specific direction. After completing reliability test, analyse the test data standards, determine whether they meet the reliability test plan and make a test conclusion, verify the product reliability design.3) Develop prevention measures. After finish the reliability test, analyzing the experimental data of standard determine whether they meet the reliability test plan, and make conclusion of test results, analyzing failure mode with the results as a reference basis, finding the reliability test failure reason with design team, establishing corresponding effective preventive measures, and again through the reliability test to verify its feasibility, improve vehicle pressure transmitter reliability.To sum up, in this paper, carry out comprehensive and efficient reliability test to the automotive pressure transmitter, Through enhancing reliability test to evaluate vehicle pressure transmitter reliability, and develop effective preventive measures, for the research and application of domestic automobile pressure sensor is of important theoretical and engineering significance.
