China has become the world trading power, the world's biggest exporter. Coastal port cargo throughput increases year by year, wharf shipping density increases greatly.Offshore monitoring is under the situation of increasingly complex environment, more dense target density, demand increasingly high-end. The monitoring system that operates on a single sensor is difficult to adapt to the situation. Using multi-source information fusion technology to integrate multiple monitoring systems, has become an important research direction of modern offshore monitoring system and its development trend.Based on these problems above, this paper completes a multi-sensor monitoring display control software which used to the specific system. The software includes the display control part and the track fusion part. The specific system of this paper has the common function of offshore monitoring system, such as electronic fence, historical track storage and playback, track prediction, map zoom, coerced into association and correlation. In addition, this system also adopts the multi-source information fusion algorithm for fusion system track. After receiving the radar track, track fusion software generate fusion track. The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:1. For the method of data receiving, this system does not use the traditional USB approach or serial transmission. The way of multicast in the network transmission is adopted, which can improve the efficiency of data transmission.2. This system has realized electronic fence function, which is common in offshore monitoring software. The electronic fence includes linear fences and regional fences.The regional fence includes circular fences and polygon fences. When the ship closed to linear fence or entered a certain area within the scope of regional fence, system could send out a warning message.3. The system exploits the database to store data. Compared with the traditional file storage technique, database storage can store much more data than others. Additionally,it can improve data query speed. When playbacks data, database storage makes system quickly locate the specified data and then playback.4. The system adopts the algorithm which based on the non-cooperative target multi-sensor system error registration to calibrate error between radar and radar system,adopt the double threshold logic rules to manage track level, adopts algorithm based on the modified kalman filtering fusion tracking to make the track fusion. The algorithm implements quick track correlation in complex multi-target environment. In addition,the system can also add the human intervention function. For those targets which did not automatic integration, forced integration can be performed. Consider those wrong fusion targets, forced separation can be performed.5. In system alignment stage, by using the display control software and track fusion software work, the experimental results have verified that the track fusion results for different situations. The forced integration and the forced separation have been proved effectively.The algorithm and the software mentioned above have proved the reliability and stability of this software system.
