Reserch Of Product Data Integration Of ASP Common Service Platform For Automobile Industry Chain

ASP Common Service Platform for automobile industry chain, provided by the third party service company, is the best choice to the small and medium-sized automobile enterprises, in order to develop the electronic business and improve operation efficiency, as well as to promotion informationization management. It is a collaborative operation system based on network, which provides service to enterprise alliance of many-to-many relationship, and its goal is to build a highly efficient information communicating platform, and a reliable collaborative commerce environment, for dynamic alliance of distributed enterprises, so that to serve their cooperation business process.With the in-depth developments of the platform's application and enterprises' cooperation business, some newer demands are formed, which is to offer the platform's services the support of applied product data. The existing data in the platform could not satisfy the requirements, so that the paper puts forward a thesis on product data integration of ASP common service platform for automobile industry chain, in order to cater to the demands on data exchanges between hegemony enterprises and their partners,which is about that hegemony enterprises release applied product data through the platform and accordingly their partners get the support of applied data for correlative business process.Which takes the enterprises' cooperation in product customization and after-sales service as the background, takes the applied product data demands of the platform's applied service systems as the start, this paper is in order to settle correlative product data exchanges in enterprises' business cooperation, to research establishing the underlaying data support to the platform's applied service systems by the platform's product information database. Based on some pertinent techniques, including database visit, data conversion and data transfer, etc, the paper makes pointed studies on how to get the applied product data from enterprises, how to implement the data transfer through network, and how to store the data to the platform. Organically combining, the above three parts forms the essential pattern of product data integration based on PIB.Lastly, taking the BOM data integration between ASP common service platform for automobile industry chain and an automobile manufacturing limited liability company in ChengDu as an example, this paper describes the implementation of data integration in detail, by expatiating the implementing of each functional modules and the correlative operation interfaces of the integration system.
