With the advent of Industry 4.0 and robotics-led era of intelligent manufacturing,the demand for industrial robot engineers is urgent,and the technical services of engineers require more professionalism.At present,industrial robot technology talent is very scarce,industrial robot training industry and industrial robot regional service market has an unprecedented development prospects.Subject to the needs of Shanghai Jen Technology Co.,Ltd.on-line training and regional service platform for industrial robots,the paper first investigates the current online teaching platform at home and abroad.The current situation of domestic industrial robot training and typical regional service platform;Then the technology training and regional service related technologies are introduced,and the analysis and design of the industrial robot technology training and regional service platform is described by using UML language.Finally,Apache,PHP,The My SQL and Destoon Open source framework implements the website portal and content management,realizes the video module based on the Nginx server,the FFmpeg video solution and the JW player,realizes the Area service module based on the Baidu map API.The system realizes the functions of online learning,engineer Check-in,Enterprise information release and enterprise matching engineer.After testing,the system can reach the online requirements.The system's on-line operation will provide professional training and service for industrial robot-related enterprises,engineers and technicians,robot enthusiasts and students in the school.
