Status Of Network Public Opinion In China, Problems And Countermeasures Study

In the Internet technology expanding rapidly today, the network takes the fourth media after the three big traditional media:the newspaper, the television and the broadcasts,its special function and the tremendous strength are appearing day by day, not only has brought the profound change for people's daily life, but also affecting in human society's political realm. The network became the origin place and the amplifier of the public opinion, the network public opinion strength plays a more and more important role in the Chinese society, the network supervision of public opinion has also become one of the discussed topics in the last few years. The network supervision of public opinion is the traditional surveillance which developed under the network condition, it is take the Internet as the platform, through the networking like electron database, the electronic courseware and so on, to supervise the behavior of who use the social public authority. The network supervision of public opinion's is relies on the function of the internet, it has the advance such as interactive to be high, the supervisor and scope are widespread, the surveillance efficiency enhances and the surveillance way nimbly.This article divides into four major parts:the first chapter introduced the present situation of network public opinion supervision, give the overall limits on the concept of network supervision of public opinion's, the characteristic as well as the significance. The second chapter introduces the traditional surveillance way:the administrative oversight and the news media surveillance's characteristic and the limitation. The last chapter of this article, is also the key part, analyzes how to improve the present stage of the network public opinion supervision. The measures include:to regularize the internet supervisor, to regularize the pattern of the network public opinion supervision, to standard the network supervision of public opinion's, and the government supports the network supervision of public opinion.
