In the process of power system supply services, staff may violate company’s regulations which cause a bad impact. In order to further improve and perfect the company to correct unhealthy tendencies and Climate, and to impel enterprise’s style standardization and information, Jiangsu Province Power Information Technology Co., Ltd. has developed morals complaints returning visit management information system(referred to as morals system). Morals system manages complaints information, handles complaints and send rectification notice to the offending company or individual to promote the industry regularization.Morals system is the part of Jiangsu Province Electric Power Information integration. It is a subsystem which is integrated in the unified framework. Morals system uses C/S architecture and J2EE technology. The system is divided into four layers, which respectively is the view layer, logic control layer, business logic, and data services layer. The view layer uses ExtJS of rich client technology to develop front-end interface, because ExtJS has a good interaction. The logic control layer uses Struts to handle user requests. The unified framework provides interfaces, which you can directly call the service module, such as spark database access services, workflow services, and organization services to avoid duplication of development and save costs.The paper details the analysis, design and implementation of morals complaints returning visit management information system’s three main modules. Respectively, these modules are complaint accepting, complaint handling and remote monitoring. Complaints accepting module manages the complaint types and receives complaints of the electricity users. Complaints handling module is the Ministry of Supervision handles customer’s complaints and publishes the rectification notice. Remote monitoring monitors95598powered service center by video, and record monitoring information. In the analysis phase, system module is given use case diagrams and interface prototyping; in the design stage, given the technical framework and the overall structural design of the system; in the implementation phase, the key code of the three modules. In this paper, the design and implementation of morals complaints return visit management information system has been used in the Jiangsu Provincial Power Company, and have achieved good results.
