The Design Of The Employees Attendance System Based On Android

At present the majority of enterprises to adopt manual attendance mode, there are easy to error, high cost of attendance, attendance is not accurate, can not solve the for punch and other problems, and the use of fingerprint or human biometric technology, there is a high cost of hardware, recognition is not accurate enough and so on. And no matter what kind of time in the way, can not do dynamic attendance, can only point out the way to carry out the work. And with the popularity of smart phones, as well as the rise of mobile Internet technology. The implementation of more advanced and efficient attendance technology has brought a foundation, based on the Android staff attendance system is able to take advantage of the smart phone to solve the problem above to solve the problem.In this paper, the software requirement analysis, software design, software database design, software development and testing of the system are introduced in detail in this paper. In the design, the software system will store employees’ information that is personal information and salary data at first. And when employee login to system with personal smart phone by personal account and password everyday, the checkin data which consist of account of employee and location data will be sent to database server backgroud with Internet immediately by the software automatically. The checkin data will be inserted data table which is created beforehand. The design of checkin process and data table structure in checkin database is key point in this paper.The development of the system adopts the technology of Android mobile development, and the design and Realization of data table is accomplished with SQLite database technology. The whole mobile time and attendance system includes five functional modules, which are employee login identity verification, employee basic information management, employee mobility, attendance record management, system parameter configuration. The realization of the system adopts Eclipse as the development tool, and complete the design of the interface of the system and the development of the key code.
