As business processes become more and more complex, the associations between the businesses become more and more frequent. Companies need to break the barriers of communication and management to achieve the control and deployment of all aspects of operations, deployment and collaboration. Office Automation(OA) is a new office mode which combines modern office and computer network. It can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise management. The traditional OA system is insecure because it has the characteristics of narrow information collection, loose coupling and uncoordinated. With the constant development of the modern information technology, wireless communication environment has become more secure and stable, and enterprise office scene has become more varied, so that the advantages of mobile OA has become increasingly prominent. Mobile OA change the designing model of traditional OA and it has the characteristics of high compatibility, security and convenience. Mobile OA develops towards the direction of usability, personalization, lightweight platform with emerging technologies such as cloud processing, big data analysis. Mobile OA is bound to become an important part of the new era of enterprise work. This paper uses Shanghai Triman Information & Technology Co. Ltd. as background, designs and implements an office Automation software based on Android platform.After the investigation of present situation of the development of OA system, the author combines the demands of the company and the characteristics of the mobile OA system. Then a comprehensive and accurate demand analysis is completed. Based on this, the author selects the appropriate technology models according to the feasibility. Considering the information security problem of mobile OA, the author uses an improved chaotic encryption algorithm for the image module to solve the memory overflow problem and the time-consuming problem of encryption and decryption. At the same time, the algorithm ensures the security of data. The sign-in module uses the hybrid positioning mode with WiFi and GPS to improve the accuracy of the positioning. Popular UI elements are included in the general design. It enables the users to have a better interactive experience. After the detailed design and the coding of each sub-function module, the relevant tests on the simulator are performed.The system completes the design requirements, accelerates the flow of information, standardizes the work processes, improves the efficiency and elevates the management of the company to a new level.
