With the rapid development of mobile internet technology and its applications, scenarios where users use location services with mobile device become much abroader than before. The requirements of accuracy and continuity of positioning and navigation become higher as well. The common mobile terminal navigation services are generally based onsatellite navigation services represented by GPS(Global Positioning System). When satellite signals are interfered, continuous positioning may not be possible.INS(Inertial Navigation System)based on inertial devices such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, can provide anti-jamming and continuity navigation services, but due to its accumulation of positioning errors over time,it is usually difficult to work alone.By combining GPS and INS,the construction of an integrated navigation system can complement the advantages of GPS and INS,and obtain a navigation service with high accuracy and continuity.Considering that the current Android mobile devices are generally equipped the basic components required by GPS and INS,and already have strong computing performance,it is feasible to implement integrated navigation system on mobile device.A combined navigation system based on Android mobile devices is designed and implemented in this paper, which can provide convenient,high-precision,and continuous positioning services to users. The paper first introduces the background of the mobile terminal navigation service, clarifies the significance of building a mobile terminal integrated navigation system, and introduces the GPS positioning technology, inertial navigation technology and integrated navigation technology principles involved in the system.Based on the software engineering method and user needs, the paper examines functional and non-functional requirements of the system, and multiple application functions such as positioning service, trajectory service,real-time navigation, etc.are determined.Subsequently, this paper reviews the overall architectural design of the system, completes the separation of the Android devices and the server function modules of system, and finalizes the interface design of database table and the server. When presenting the design in detail, the paper shows the implementation of coding of each module divided in the overall design.Lastly, this paper illustrates the process of function testing and performance testing to the system. The system implemented in this paper can provide users with positioning and navigation services in vehicle modes.Through practical testing, the system can ensure continuous output of positioning results with low error rate, and meet user's requirements of high precision and continuous positioning in complext scenarios when the satellite signal is disturbed.
