Prosperity network communication technology spawned video communication channels to form a new "Great video" market structure, the cable industry in the video distribution channel in the gradual decline, has lost a relative monopoly previously, is facing fierce competition in the market environment. This paper attempts to use the business model innovation theory to explore the road turnaround cable under the new situation, proposed Jiangsu TV business model featuring innovative proposals.Firstly, from the "Great video" triple play market competition under the background of cuts, to clarify the cable industry, in the "Great video" industry position cable networks as TV content delivery channels; and for the cable industry in Jiangsu Province and the basic situation of enterprises, the use of vertical, through domestic and international cable industry peers, competitors outside the industry a variety of new media business models cross analysis and comparison, and the use of science, business model, television development management industry, and horizontal analysis and comparison method. "Great video" and other related theories to analyze the cable industry in Jiangsu PEST, five forces model, in order to obtain suitable Jiangsu cable industry business model innovation proposals.Through the analysis, this paper attempts to propose Jiangsu featuring cable industry level and enterprise-level business model innovation, and research through innovative business models on the cable industry’s Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu find a suitable radio and television operators in multiple competitive conditions mainstream of business development and business models to practice the way in the future.
