The implementation of the convergence of three network to the cable operator has brought challenges and also opportunities. At present, the three major telecom operators use abundant of capital strength, began to enter the video industry, by means of bundling with a rapid development. Live Star, Internet TV, IPTV, mobile TV, and so on have brought huge loss falling profits of traditional cable television subscribers, led to the cable television network operators. In May of 2014, China broadcasting and television network co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "SGC") set up makes the cable network operators to compete with the three major telecom operators. But due to various historical reasons, after years of monopoly operation as the unique ideas, habits of radio, film and television industry, cable television network enterprise is difficult to adapt the new situation of market competition. From the present several main profit model:cable installation fee income, basic maintenance management fee income, foreign television channels. The existing revenue model subsequent gains are difficult to grow, and the most important problem at present is to seize market share, to share the market interests of the triple play. It is not only need to adapt to the new rules which is not dominated by themselves, but also need to form a competitive business model.Facing the tough situation at present, we optimize it with the method of business model canavas in the article, to create a more powerful and competive new business model. First of all, this article through to the current of domestic cable TV business circumstance, determine the thesis research purpose, significance, and determine the ideas and methods, research steps, to conduct the thorough research to the theory of business model; Secondly, from the efficiency elements, value elements, value proposition, three aspects of existing customer segmentation on cable television channels of CS, value proposition, the VP, pathways, CH, customer relationship CR, source of income KR R$, core resources and key business KA, important cooperation KP C$, products, services, cost structure to comb, analyzing the business model of the domestic cable operators and analyzes the existing problems, and by using the experience of domestic and foreign relevant industry business model and optimizing scheme; Again, from two aspects of value elements and efficiency on how the cable element mutual matching innovative opinions; Finally, put forward in order to guarantee the execution of the new business model also need to set up a corresponding information system, incentive mechanism and performance targets.
