Integration refers to the telecommunication network,cable TV network,the three largest Internet network interconnection,sharing of resources,which can provide voice,data and radio and television and other services for users,the application is very wide,quiet for a long time,the cable TV companies are quietly accelerating the integration of the three networks layout.A new journey into the construction of the triple play,cable TV is facing development opportunities and challenges hitherto unknown,the cable TV industry will enter a new stage of transformation and development and competition coexist,and fully participate in the triple play,facing an important period of strategic opportunities for competition,it also brings more such as technology,business,service,and management system a number of challenges.Although the Jiangsu cable C branch in the triple play torrent temporarily maintained a good performance,but this process still exposed many marketing problems,therefore,competition becomes intense market situation,Jiangsu cable C branch for the future long-term development to the marketing strategy optimization of more recently the purpose of profit,how to optimize the marketing strategy to improve the level of the market,enhance the development potential and vitality of the market competition,has become a key issue of common concern of similar companies.This paper discusses the research results and theoretical basis for relevant system,analysis of Jiangsu cable C branch of the market environment,systematically analyzes the existing C City branch of Jiangsu cable digital TV marketing problem: the product can not meet the needs of users,the price system does not meet the requirements of market and sales channels to cover all the user area and service level can not meet the user expectations,combined with the SWOT analysis model to deeply explore the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu cable C branch and its facing opportunities and threats,and then puts forward the C City branch of Jiangsu cable digital TV marketing strategy: a clear market positioning strategy of digital cable TV the development of the integration of business,product innovation strategy,adopt flexible price strategy,rich channel sales through online and offline channel strategy Five suggestions to improve the professional marketing service system.
