The Design & Development Of Technical Inquiry Services Management System For An Enterprise

With the globalization of industrial development, Chinese enterprises are competing with strong opponents in the world. Experience and services in the products are becoming more and more prominent in the industry. Many companies now realize that the "improving customer service" can be a very effective method to separate them from the other competitors. With the increasing complexity of enterprise products and the changing of customer concepts, customers are hungry for more efficient technical service in product selection, operation and other aspects. It requires manufacturers to meet these needs by excellent technical service.After understanding the technologies related to the management and IT technologies, this article identified technical service personnel application requirements, and designed a technical services management system. In the thesis projects, management system is based on low-voltage electrical equipment enterprises. The hardware design is based on the company original computer network. The software design uses database technology, and c#, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) technologies (.NET platform). This thesis project has a friendly interface and rich functionality.The project system user interfaces are generated by WPF XAML markup language, and the program logic is achieved by C#. The technical services management includes technical services records management, customer address book, product information inquiries, user management, Q/A knowledgebase etc. In this article, is focused on designing systems database tables’ creation, service management accessed by telephone, knowledge base construction and retrieval. Telephone enquiry service automation module is designed via USB phone events. In the construction of the knowledge base, the search function can be retrieved through the technical terms, which is established on the analysis and application of the Chinese word segmentation, synonyms database tables, index & query, Lucene.Net full text search engine.The project management system is for technical service personnel to provide effective support. It can manage enterprise technical services to help companies build and maintain its good impression. It can also help companies meet the challenges of competition under the new situation; effectively improve the efficiency of technical services and the competitiveness of enterprises.
