To use the existing resources database, we propose ontology mapping method between ontology and database, put forward a series of mapping rules, and apply these rules in ping-pong technical and tactical analysis database conversion effectively.Research the knowledge retrieval methods based on ontology knowledge management platform, focuse on the Lucene search engine technology and full-text search methods, and realize a table tennis technical and tactical targets retrieval platform for unstructured knowledge providing a reliable source of knowledge, Enriched our index system.Finally research the decision support technology based on structural and unstructural knowledge, put forword a new intelligent decision-making and forecasting method: the combination of decision tree algorithm and time-series algorithm.
