Professional Knowledge Information System For Foreign Trade Services

With the further deepening of trade globalization,the impact of TBT(Technical Barriers to Trade)on imports and exports is increasing rapidly.Its flexibility,concealments,and discriminations are obviously obstructing the trade exports of China and restricting the economic developments.In general,technical trade measures will always be released in the form of network information in different websites.In order to help domestic enterprises perceive and respond promptly,it is extremely important to obtain professional knowledge information based on a large amount of real-time information aggregation,processing and analysis.According to the project requirements of Technical Trade Service Center of Ningbo Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,this paper develops a set of professional knowledge information system for foreign trade services.The main works are as follows:1)Making use of the seed sites provided by the trade service center to continuously gather information on Internet,and building a mixed storage mode for both structured and unstructured data.2)Constructing and completing the Domain Knowledge Base in a human-machine collaborative manner.3)Manipulating knowledge processing for gathered information,to achieve basic services such as precise search,subscription,editing,recommendation,and push.4)Extracting the events from massive information based on Event Template,not only to support professional information visualization exploration,but also to provide event reminder service.After some basic testing and deployments,the trade service center website had been put into use and initially verified its value.
