Construction And Application Of Knowledge Base Oriented To The Healthy And Nursing Service

At present, many domestic and foreign medical institutions are researching nursing knowledge base. Because they did not consider that the patients can’t understand professional nursing knowledge, these nursing knowledge bases only contain professional nursing knowledge to meet the needs of nurses. In this thesis, in order to build a health care service knowledge base, with straightaway nursing content to construct knowledge base, so, patients can easily obtain nursing content; it can supply real service for patients. The following are the main work has been done:1. This thesis is aim to research about the construction of healthy and nursing service knowledge base model. Taking hypertension disease as an example, the research is to analyzing the healthy and nursing service business and collecting daily nursing data to design knowledge base of nursing problem and service.2. Constructing the application framework of knowledge base about healthy and nursing service:using the theory of data warehouse and the tool of Microsoft SQL Server2005Analysis Services; researching the data analysis methods and algorithms based on the data warehouse model; investigating the method of weighted average and the Factor Analysis Approach how to be applied in knowledge base about nursing service; furthermore, providing three interfaces for the upper application system.3. Integrating the knowledge model about healthy and nursing service into the elderly healthy and nursing service system and constituting it as one of the core components of this system. A basic elderly healthy and nursing service system is to be implemented which can be used in the apartment for the elders and the home for destituting old people, etc. According to the regular test data of elders, the elderly healthy and nursing service system analyze can automatically generate the results of the recent nursing cautions in caring, and provided as the references to the nurses and the elders. Meanwhile, it can supply better caring services for the aged people.
